Sweet Sesh Cornflake Chicken

 Bin Inn Sweet Sesh Cornflake Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Boneless chicken thighs 
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes 
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Pepper & Me Sweet Sesh 
  • Oil to Deep fry
  • Pepper & Me Man Grind

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the thighs into strips approx. 2.5cm wide and set aside
  2. Set up a crumbing station by adding flour seasoned with a little Man Grind to one bowl, whisked eggs to another & finally a bowl of crushed cornflakes
  3. Coat the strips of chicken in flour, then egg and finally cornflakes
  4. Heat deep-fryer* to 175C and deep fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Drain excess oil on a paper towel 
  5. Add the chicken to a bowl and drizzle generously with Sweet Sesh, measure with your heart and toss to coat
  6. Serve with Aioli or Dude Ranch dip
