Preheat your oven and spread the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Toast in the oven for 3-4 minutes, or until golden.
In a saucepan, combine the butter, honey, brown sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for about 4 minutes, until the mixture bubbles and thickens to a toffee-like consistency.
Stir in the sultanas, then add the mixture to the toasted seeds and nuts. Mix well.
Press the mixture firmly into a slice tin lined with baking paper. Cut into slices or bars while still warm, before it sets completely.
Allow to cool, then store in the fridge for a delicious and nutritious snack!
