Savory Spice-Nut Crunch

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g natural whole almonds
  • 100g macadamia nuts
  • 150g raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix Nuts & Seasoning: In a large bowl, combine almonds, macadamia nuts, and cashews. Add the soy sauce, ground ginger, and garlic powder. Stir well to coat all the nuts evenly.
  3. Spread Nuts: Spread the seasoned nuts in a single layer on a lined baking tray.
  4. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, or until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
  5. Cool & Enjoy: Allow the nuts to cool completely before serving.
