Peanut Butter Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g finely chopped roasted peanuts
  • 50g smooth peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (e.g. Nuzest Clean Lean)
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 5 drops stevia (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Roll into 12 balls (or 6 for larger portions).
  3. Top with a roasted peanut if desired.
  4. Store in the fridge.
