Nutty Nibbles

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g Whole Almonds
  • 100g Macadamia Nuts
  • 150g Raw Cashews
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almonds, macadamia nuts, cashews, soy sauce, ground ginger, and garlic powder until the nuts are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the nut mixture evenly on the prepared tray.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring frequently, until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
