- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Place butter, peanuts, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds and hot or mild curry powder in a large roasting dish and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Add crispy noodles and caramel popcorn and stir to combine.
- Bake for another 5 minutes or until nuts are golden.
- Leave to cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
Recipe Alternatives:
Try replacing the cashew nuts with almonds, Brazil nuts, or macadamia nuts. Or use sunflower seeds instead of pumpkin seeds.
