Keto Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup low-carb sweetener
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, mix together the sweetener, rice vinegar, tomato paste, coconut aminos (or soy sauce), and salt.
  2. Heat Sauce: Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Thicken Sauce: Sprinkle xanthan gum over the sauce and whisk well to combine.
  4. Simmer: Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
