Keto Granola

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond flakes
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed (or linseed)
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsp psyllium husk
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, almond flakes, chia seeds, flaxseed, desiccated coconut, and psyllium husk.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in melted coconut oil and sugar-free maple syrup. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-coated.
  4. Prepare Baking Sheet: Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake: Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  6. Cool and Store: Let the granola cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
