INGREDIENTS
1 cup walnuts, chopped
3/4 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup almond flakes
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flaxseed (or linseed)
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 tsp psyllium husk
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat Oven
: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix Ingredients
: In a large bowl, combine walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, almond flakes, chia seeds, flaxseed, desiccated coconut, and psyllium husk.
Add Wet Ingredients
: Pour in melted coconut oil and sugar-free maple syrup. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-coated.
Prepare Baking Sheet
: Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake
: Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Cool and Store
: Let the granola cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
