Mix the Bin Inn Gluten Free Bread Mix with the active dry yeast in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 405ml of cold water, 1 tsp cider vinegar, and 3 tbsp cooking oil. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix thoroughly until the dough comes together.
Let the dough rest for a few minutes to allow it to thicken slightly.
Grease six large baking rings or use egg rings, placing them onto a greased or parchment-lined baking tray.
Evenly distribute the dough into the rings, smoothing the tops slightly with a wet spatula or your hands. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
Preheat your oven to 210°C and bake the buns for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top (Note: if they don't get as golden, consider baking them a little longer or increasing the oven temperature slightly).
Allow the buns to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing the rings. Let the buns cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
