Grandma’s Crème Muffins

• 115g water
• 175g eggs (about 3–4 size 7 eggs)
• 500g Bin Inn's Grandma's Famous Crème Muffin Mix
• 125g canola oil

1. In a mixer with a paddle attachment, combine the eggs, water, and muffin mix. Mix on low speed for 1 minute, then scrape down the sides of the bowl.
2. Increase the speed to high and mix for 4 minutes. Scrape the sides of the bowl again.
3. Gradually add the canola oil while mixing until it is fully incorporated.
4. Portion the batter evenly into muffin cups.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180–190°C until the muffins are golden brown and fully baked.
