Ginger Loaf

 Bin Inn Ginger Loaf

INGREDIENTS

  • 160g Butter
  • 125ml Golden Syrup
  • 260g Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp Pepper & Me Bakers Blend
  • 3 Tbsp Pepper & Me Ginger Spice Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 250ml Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grease & line a loaf tin, set aside
  2. Melt the butter, golden syrup & brown sugar in a small saucepan
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, Bakers Blend  & Ginger Spice to a large bowl. Wish together
  4. Stir the milk into the wet ingredients, then whisk in the egg
  5. Pour the wets into the drys & wish until smooth
  6. Pour into the greased tin and bake at 170C for 1 hour
