Frozen Blackcurrant Greek Yogurt Bark

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbs Honey
  • 1 Tbs DryNZ Blackcurrant Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Toppings of choice

Topping Suggestions:

  • Dried strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or kiwifruit for a chewy, tangy texture and added sweetness.
  • Chopped Dark Chocolate for a rich, indulgent touch.
  • Shredded Coconut adds a nice tropical flair.
  • Chopped Almonds or Walnuts for crunch and extra protein.
  • Goji Berries for a tart, nutrient-packed addition.
  • Granola gives extra crunch and a wholesome touch.
  • Cacao Nibs for a chocolaty, slightly bitter contrast to the sweetness.
  • Pomegranate Seeds for a burst of color and a sweet-tart bite.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  In a bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, honey, DryNZ Blackcurrant Powder, and vanilla until well combined.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly over it.
  3. Sprinkle your choice of toppings on top. 
  4. Place the tray in the freezer and set for an hour or until solid.
  5. Once set, snap or cut into pieces and store it in the freezer until ready to serve.

Storage

Keep in the freezer for a refreshing, healthy treat whenever you need it.
