2 tbsp cream cheese
85g almond flour
1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt Cheeses
: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir.
Add Almond Flour
: Stir in the almond flour and microwave for an additional 1 minute.
Incorporate Egg
: Add the egg and quickly mix until the dough reaches a playdough-like consistency.
Shape Dough
: Roll the dough flat between two sheets of baking paper.
Bake
: Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
