Fathead Keto Dough

INGREDIENTS

  • 170g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 85g almond flour
  • 1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt Cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir.
  2. Add Almond Flour: Stir in the almond flour and microwave for an additional 1 minute.
  3. Incorporate Egg: Add the egg and quickly mix until the dough reaches a playdough-like consistency.
  4. Shape Dough: Roll the dough flat between two sheets of baking paper.
  5. Bake: Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
