Everything Bagel stuffed chicken

• 4 Chicken Breasts
• 8 rashers of streaky bacon
• 1 Tbsp Pepper & Me Tik Tok Trending
• Oil

Filling

• 250g Cream cheese
• 4 Spring onions
• 2 Tbsp Pepper & Me Tik Tok Trending
• Bacon Jam or any relish

1. Preheat oven to 180C fan bake
2. Butterfly chicken breasts open to create a pouch to stuff the filling in
3. To make the filling, finely chop the spring onions and add to a bowl with the spring onions & Tik Tok Trending, using a fork to combine
4. Stuff a couple of tablespoons of filling inside the chicken breast and add a dollop of bacon jam or your favourite relish
5. Fold the chicken over to encase the filling and wrap each breast with two pieces of bacon, secure with a toothpick if needed
6. Heat a fry pan with a drizzle of oil over a medium heat
7. Sprinkle the additional Tik Tok Trending over the bacon wrapped chicken then sear the chicken for a minute or two on each side
8. Pop in the oven and bake for 16-18 minutes. Slice & serve
