Lightly toast sesame, coriander and cumin seeds in a heavy based fry pan. transfer to a plate to cool.
Lightly toast the almonds and hazelnuts seperately. Leave to cool.
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture resembles fine bread crumbs or to desired texture.
Store Dukkah in an airtight container.
To Serve: Serve the Dukkah in a small bowl along with a bowl of olive oil and fresh bread. Dip slices of bread or toasted crusty bread into the olive oil and then dip into Dukkah. Ideal for pre-dinner snacks.
