Delizioso Pizza Base

• 300g water
• 8g canola oil
• 625g Bin Inn's Delizioso Pizza Base Premix
• 10g yeast
• 6g salt

1. Add the ingredients to your bread maker in the order listed.
2. Select the dough setting and mix until a smooth dough forms.
3. Divide the dough into 270g portions and shape each into a ball. Let them rest for 7–10 minutes.
4. Generously oil your pizza trays, then stretch each dough ball to cover a tray. 
5. Allow the dough to rest for another 30–60 minutes.
6. Stretch the dough again to fit the tray, then dock it with a fork to prevent bubbling during baking.
7. Add your favorite toppings.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for 7–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crisp.
