Coffee Icing

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tbsp Coffee
  • 1 tbsp Water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the coffee and water together before adding to the other ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter, icing sugar, vanilla essence, and coffee mixture until smooth.
  3. Once the your cake / muffins have cooled, decorate with the coffee icing.
