Cacao & Walnut Holiday Truffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Walnuts
  • 2 cups Medjool Dates (pitted)
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 8-10 Tbsp Cacao Powder

Toppings:

  • Ground Pistachios
  • Raspberry Powder
  • Ground Goji Berries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, finely grind the walnuts.
  2. Add the Medjool dates, cacao powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and well combined.
  3. Scoop out small portions and shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Roll the truffles in your choice of toppings—ground pistachios, raspberry powder, or ground goji berries.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for a chilled treat.
