Blueberry Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g (3 1/2 Cups) Bin Inn Blueberry Flavoured Muffin Mix
  • 2 Small Eggs
  • 160ml Water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place water, Bin Inn Blueberry Flavoured Muffin Mix and eggs into a bowl.

  2. Using a cake mixer, blend together until ingredients are combined.

  3. Spoon mixture into a greased 12 hole muffin tray.

  4. Bake at 200C for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked.

 

Double Blueberry Muffins:
Add 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries for a stronger blueberry flavour.

Hints:
Just mix with a spoon if you dont have a cake mixer. To check if muffins are cooked, they should spring back when touched. Use paper muffin cases for easy cleaning of muffin tray. For best results, weigh dry ingredients, the cup measurements are a guide only.
