Baked Salmon with Lemon Mustard Dill

INGREDIENTS

Servings - 2

  • 2 portions of salmon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Juice from half lemon
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh dill
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Garnish

  • Fresh dill and lemon slices

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Add olive oil, wholegrain mustard, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice and dill to a small mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
  3. Lightly spray Vent & Seal Glass Oblong 1L with olive oil and place salmon inside.
  4. Season salmon on both sides with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour marinade over salmon.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
