Place the Pitted Dates, Almonds, melted Coconut Oil, Cacao Powder, Maple Syrup, Chia Seeds, and cinnamon in a food processor.
Pulse the mixture until it forms a sticky dough-like consistency. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a little more Coconut Oil or Maple Syrup to help it stick together.
Once the mixture is well combined, transfer to a bowl and stir in the almond meal until evenly distributed.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Place the balls on baking paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Once chilled, the bliss balls are ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
